Yes. The free tier never expires. Ranked access, ELO, and badges stay yours forever. Free-tier accounts can complete 3 weekly cases. Premium unlocks unlimited weekly cases, the expert path comparison, per-phase reviews (workup, management, clincher), the attending debrief and sources, exportable Dx study cards, player rankings and the medical school leaderboard, and additional profile flair and cosmetics.
What happens after my 5-case trial?
Ranked access and ELO continue, capped at 3 weekly cases. What locks back to Premium: unlimited weekly cases, the expert path comparison, per-phase reviews (workup, management, clincher), the attending debrief and sources, exportable Dx study cards, player rankings and the medical school leaderboard, and additional profile flair and cosmetics.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Premium stays active through your current billing period, then drops back to free. ELO, badges, and history stay yours.
What level are the cases written at?
Cases work like real presentations: real workup decisions, real management calls, with a Step 2 CK style clincher question at the end. That makes them right for med students on rotations and residents or clinicians who want to keep their reasoning sharp. They span IM, EM, surgery, peds, OB/GYN, psych, neuro, and FM.
What does "3 weekly cases" mean?
Free-tier accounts can complete 3 different cases each week, across the starter pool, daily drops, and the rest of the case library. Once you’ve completed a case, you can reattempt it anytime; reattempts don’t count toward the limit. The week resets Sunday at 8:00 PM ET (Monday 12:00 AM UTC). Premium removes the limit entirely.
